Cocoa Rules
There are just some things that have to be obeyed… such as the requirement of having cocoa in winter (or fall, or spring, or even summer, if you’re a die-hard like myself). My choice — and I hasten to add that this is not a paid endorsement! — is Land O’ Lakes cocoa mixes. They are unquestionably the very best that there is. You’ll find them a little pricey, next to mere store brands, but one simply does not question the exceptional value of superior quality over mere quantity. Remember the too-many-marshmallows rule…?

Happiest of holidays, everyone (including Beethoven’s birthday today!)… and there might just be a few more surprises before Santa gets here…
Angry badger is angry. And no one likes badgers when they’re angry.
I take it that you haven’t had European cocoas? Have you? Full disclosure, I haven’t had Land o’ Lakes, wither, but I have been very very close to Heaven, with the French, Belgian, and Netherlands cocoas and chocolates. And SPAIN, don’t even get me started on the wonderful things they do.
For American grocery-store shoppers, Land O’ Lakes is the most easily-found finest cocoa. However, your European varieties are well noted. I’ve not traveled extensively, and only rarely have I been able to sample Belgian chocolates that are actually from “The Land of Poirot.” I shall seek out these suggestions as soon as I’m able!
I agree with Sheila, can never have two many types of cocoa mix varieties
