Sheila: “Has Cora gone home, then?” Lightfoot: “Yes.” Caedmon: “Where’s Theo, as if it bothered me?”
Lightfoot: “He said he’s not hungry. Phee, what do you know about the law regarding zoosexuality here in the U.S.?” Ophelia: “Technically legal in 23 states, technically not legal but not always prosecutable in many others, and nobody wants to deal with it. Why do you ask?”
Lightfoot: “You might say that the topic came up earlier.” Caedmon: “What are you talking about? Sex with animals is--”
Lightfoot: “While you guys get your brains started up again, I’ll just go ahead and eat.”

I guess even someone who considers himself as open-minded as Caedmon can have the occasional ‘open mouth, insert foot’ moments.
