Sheila: “Not quite yet, but no worries.” Nickey: “Glad to hear it!”
Sheila: “Nick, luv, can we talk a bit?” Nickey: “We can always talk, Shee. Especially now. It’s really important that we communicate.”
Sheila: “Good, luv, because…” Nickey: “After all, we need to know that everything will go well after you’ve moved in.”

From the beginning, these two know the importance of communication. Even so, Sheila may not understand what Nickey just said. In Cockney rhyming slang, Sheila is wondering what the Daffy just happened. Better check those Universal Translator circuits again.
