DVD Rewinder Part 33-1/3

Theo: “All right, sir. It sounds like your DVD rewinder is working just fine.” Voice on phone: “But how can I be sure that it’s been rewound properly.”
Theo: “Well, sir, the best way is to make sure that the bottom of the DVD is bright and shiny.” Voice on phone: “But that’s the way it looks when I put it into my player in the first place.”
Theo: “Exactly. That means it’s been rewound properly and is ready to be played again.” Voice on phone: “Wow. Hey, that makes sense. You really know your stuff!”
Theo: “Sometime, sir, the simplest solution is the best. Is there anything else I can help you with?” Voice on phone: “Well, I’ve been having trouble with the flux capacitor on my computer…” Theo: “Oh, I’d better connect you with a supervisor for that one, sir…”

As Theo notes, the simplest solution is the best. All such calls to the Last Hope Help Desk should be this easy to solve. Then again, his pay grade doesn't include flux capacitors, so let's hope that his supervisor, Denver Poe, is ready to deal with this new crisis.

Will you be teaching the customer to reverse the polarity of the neutron flow?
