The Boot’s on the Other Paw

Theo, Lightfoot, and Caedmon are reading in the den.
Lightfoot: “What would you call a taxidermist who specializes in mounting the bodies of creepy fan-boys?”
Caedmon: “A stalking-stuffer.”
Theo: “How come I got zapped with that one?” Lightfoot: “About time you had a turn.”

Usually, Theo is part of delivering these rotten jokes, so it seemed to me that he could be the not-so-innocent bystander for this one. I’m glad to say that the strip has not attracted any creepy stalkers, nor even not-creepy stalkers. Followers, yes, although those are probably just the government guys. I try to stay out of the garden, though, because I hear that the celery stalks at midnight…

Ha! I cannot help but imagine the taxidermist adding the subject’s favorite body pillows to the finished product!
