Not That Easy

Theo gets out of bed.
We see that the closet contains only his belongings.
Theo stares, dumbstruck.
Narration bar: Did you really think it would be that easy? Theo (thought bubble): Ya know… for a minute there… yeah… I kinda did.

Theo is facing a setback, and we can only hope that he’s able to handle it well. I know next to nothing about Quentin Tarantino’s film Kill Bill, Vol 1, but I remember that line, delivered so very well by Uma Thurman, and it seemed too good not to steal outright. I watched the movie with Jy L some years ago; we’ll see if he remembers the line too.

Wait, aren’t these stories normally about coming OUT of the closet?

*grins* We used that joke several pages back! Trans-dimensional portals in your closet can make you wonder if you’re coming or going.

Maybe he should look for clothes hanger no 9 3/4, close his eyes and run towards the back of the cabinet.

I like the idea! If she were Hermione, it might work. 🙂
