Seeking the Cure

Theo: “Phee, do you have anything for the runs?”
Ophelia: “Sure, I’ve got some loperamide. What’s wrong? Somethin’ you et?”
Theo: “Too many Bing cherries, I think.” Ophelia: “Malic acid… not too bad, but a lot of it can upset the digestion.”
Ophelia: “This should cure the symptoms.” Theo: “I look at it as tying up loose ends.”

All good things must come to an end, and too much of a good thing has certainly come to Theo’s end. This comic continues our tradition of family humor, because what family doesn’t have potty jokes? Loperamide is one of those medicines that you want to have available when you need it, yet it’s so easy to forget about it long enough for the expiry date to sneak up on you. Consider it part of your first aid kit, along with that pink stuff that everyone hates yet nothing can beat for that seriously queasy tummy. This has been a Natural Habitat public service announcement. Please consult your physician before taking Natural Habitat, as it may interfere with other effects of daily life, such as monotony, humorlessness, and lack of sufficient furriness.
