Homograph: Each of two or more words spelled the same but not necessarily pronounced the same and having different meanings and origins, e.g. buffet (to batter) and buffet (restaurants afraid I’ll make them go broke, seeing how big I am).
This comic now may be banned in Florida, either for being too educational or unsuitable for K-12 children because we can’t say those things (“educational”).

The wordplay rather reminds me of the sketch “PIPNIC”, by the duo who call themselves “Real Big Boys”. It seems like the sort of humour that gels well with this comic, too..! Now, here’s hoping the website won’t mind me sharing the link…
