The Consequence of Action

Narration bar: After waiting, threatening, imploring and surrendering, Theo has finally found the opening he’s been looking for.
Narration bar: Slowly, the adventurer approaches the event horizon. Where once was merely a closet with his many possessions, now is a simple passage to another place.
Narration bar: Like so many explorers before him, Theo’s mind is filled with the myriad whirling thoughts about the consequences of taking that final step.
Theo (thought bubble): I wonder if I’ll get all my stuff back.

“Who chooseth me must give and hazard all he hath.” —The Merchant of Venice, Act 2, Scene 7. Always a risk, taking that step in hope of finding someone. Theo gets to learn that lesson first-paw.
