Yes, I’m taking liberties with Sheila’s kangaroo nature; her transformations are supposed to take place only in the house. However, we’ve already had her basketball jump-shots “explained” a bit, so I’m going to go with the idea that Shee really is quick with her feet, and the image of her balancing on her tail is just our imagination. *whistles innocently*
This strip was partially underwritten by someone who wishes me to identify him/her by the name “Ambrose Bierce.” Anyone who can quote The Devil’s Dictionary can use that name as much as is desired! It was Bierce (1842-1914) who described “misfortune” as “the kind of fortune that never misses.” This benefactor thinks my recent misfortunes to be all too exemplary… hence his/her generosity.

Way to go, Sheila! (giggles) Wonders what that ‘real man’ would do, with a pair of hooves in his face? 🙂

Love how Sheila took care of that bigot. I also wonder if this story arc will lead to the house and we find out another reason why Nickey is so keen on Animal Rights.
