Death's Big Convention

Theo: “Caedmon! You’ve read The Sandman series by Neil Gaiman, right?”
Caedmon: “Of course. Brilliant work.” Theo: “Dream’s older sister, Death, has become so popular that they’re having a huge convention on her behalf.”
Caedmon: “A huge graphic novel convention about the character of Death?” Theo: “Yeah! They’re calling it ‘The Necrocomicon’.”
Caedmon: “A more grim grimoire I cannot imagine.” Theo: “I wonder if they can summon Stan Lee’s Ret-Con demon form?” Caedmon: “Too late.”

In time for the San Diego Comic-Con (July 23-26). I’m not sure if they’d back this sort of convention, but you can always ask them. Perhaps, when the eBook and paperback editions of this comic are complete (they’re in the works!), Comic-Con International will remember us fondly.
